To give you an introduction to what you need to know, we have put together some ‘Simple Guides’. These cover different types of building projects, with plenty of important information to help get you on your way.

These guides are intended to be a general introduction to what’s involved when first considering a building project. Each scheme is unique so please contact us if you would like to discuss your particular project in more detail.

Throughout these guides, we use the term ‘architect’ to refer to your chosen designer, which can be substituted by their title if different.

We have included a timeline specific to 3HW, outlining the journey of a porject taken on by us.
