Our client approached 3HW to get Building Regulations Approval and to produce the construction drawings for this smart, modern office that would sit within their garden.

The client had a good idea of what they wanted, both internally and externally, for their office. We worked with their ideas whilst also dealing with, and overcoming, the site’s constraints. The client didn’t want to make a Planning Application, so we ensured that the height and footprint of the building were within the allowances for Permitted Development. We worked alongside the engineer on the project to produce the detailed design drawings, which the client then used to build most of the office himself.
