3HW were commissioned by Helston Town Council to design a single, accessible toilet and market store as part of the regeneration of the Grylls Monument area of the town. We worked alongside landscape architect firm MeiLoci - who were responsible for the overall design of the area- to produce a modern, well-appointed toilet block that was sympathetic to the new scheme. We also ensured that the new block would integrate perfectly with our re-design of the Bowling Pavilion for our client, Helston Bowling Club, which is planned to go ahead in the future subject to funding.

For this scheme, we wanted to look at the bigger picture, making sure that our design not only fulfilled the initial brief by Helston Town Council, but would also sit happily alongside the future plans for the Helston Bowling Pavilion.
