Privacy Information

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), 3HW Architecture & Design (hereafter referred to as 3HW) will only process and store personal information relevant to a project as part of our initial review, quotation and appointment process, storing the information obtained for a reasonable period of time, dependent on circumstances.
 
Where 3HW are not appointed to a project, 3HW will not use any personal information it has obtained for profiling or marketing and 3HW will not pass this information onto third parties.
 
Where 3HW are appointed to undertake work on a project, they will request as part of their appointment consent to share personal information held with 3rd parties in connection with the project and may include, but not exclusively, the following parties;
 

• Statutory Bodies & Authorities (e.g. Local Authorities)

• Statutory undertakers (e.g. Utility Companies)

• Other Consultants (for the purposes of quotation provision only)

• Product Manufacturers (limited to the project only and not for general marketing purposes)

• Product Suppliers (limited to the project only and not for general marketing purposes)

 
Any personal information passed on by 3HW will be as limited as possible and 3HW will request, unless required as part of a process (e.g. planning), it is not shared with anyone else.
